Protein Balls

- 1 cup dates (soaked for 2 hours)
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp cacao
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey

- Add the soaked dates, peanut butter, coconut oil, cacao, cinnamon, and honey to the processor. Blend until well combined and sticky.
- Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
