These protein balls are perfect for busy mornings, after-school snacks, or a quick energy boost. Soft, naturally sweetened, and full of wholesome ingredients you can feel good about. Making them is simple, and rolling them into little bites is a fun way to get everyone involved.

  • 1 cup dates (soaked for 2 hours)
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Method

  1. Process the almonds until they form fine crumbs.
  2. Add the soaked dates, peanut butter, coconut oil, cacao, cinnamon, and honey to the processor. Blend until well combined and sticky.
  3.  Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the balls in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
